The 2020 Synergic is factory approved repair equipment by BMW, Toyota, Lexus and Mazda for body repairs including MIG Brazing with Silicone Bronze wire and Aluminium with the optional pull torch.

The 2020 Synergic is ideal for the panel shop, workshop, farm or medium engineering workshop,

The Synergic control on this machine simply means that the operator sets the machine to the thickness of the material to be welded and pulls the torch trigger, the machine automatically sets arc length, wire speed and amps. Ideally suited to situations where workers are required to perform high quality welding such as car body repairs.

Notes:

This welder is supplied with an Argon/ArgonCO2 regulator, 3m Binzel Euro-connect torch and a comprehensive easy to follow instruction manual. The Synergic function can be easily switched off and the machine adjusted manually. Drive rollers are included for 0.6/0.8 steel and 0.6/0.8 Aluminium.

This machine has synergic programs for the following wires

• Aluminium 4047 (0.6, 0.8 & 1.0 mm) and 5356 (0.8 & 1.0 mm)
• Silicone Bronze (0.8 mm)
• Stainless steel (0.8 mm), Flux cored (0.9 mm)
• MS wire (0.6 & 0.8 mm) welding up to 4mm thick.

An Optional Push/Pull torch must be fitted to access synergic programmes for welding Aluminium.
